ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


• Receive and review supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness.


• Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts.


• Encode and file invoices in the accounting system.


• Assist in preparing payment requests and check vouchers.


• Help ensure timely payments to suppliers and service providers.


• Coordinate with banks or finance officers for payment disbursements.


• Assist in maintaining an up-to-date supplier database.


• Help respond to supplier inquiries regarding payments or documentation.


• Maintain organized files of invoices, receipts, and payment records.


• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.


• Assist in reconciling accounts payable transactions.


• Help in resolving any discrepancies identified during reconciliation.


• Support other finance members in clerical and administrative tasks.


• Participate in internal audits as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS


• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.


• No prior work experience required.


• Internship experience in accounting or finance is an advantage but not necessary.


• Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.


• Good organizational and time management skills.


• High attention to detail and accuracy.


• Willingness to learn and grow in a finance-related role.
