Medical Claims Representative

Eastvantage is urgently hiring Customer Support Specialists for our Healthcare – Claims Processing Account. If you're passionate about helping others, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment, we want you on our team
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare claims
- Assist members and providers with claim status, coverage, and benefits
- Accurately process and verify claim information in accordance with client guidelines
- Resolve issues with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of BPO experience (preferably in healthcare or claims)
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology and claims processing is a plus
- Willingness to work onsite and on a night shift schedule
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused
