BI Specialist

Your mission

Key Responsibilities

• Create BI and controlling solutions mostly with Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce.

• Power Bi : Design and maintain interactive clear dashboards and reports that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) , provide accur ate insight s to key stakeholders, andsupport decision mak ing .

• Connects to data source s to PBI : Mostly from Microsoft Dynamics Business Central using Dataflows, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and modelling to ensure data quality and readiness for reporting (Excel – including the use of ma cros).

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout all visualizations.

• Collaborate with dat a st ewards a nd other stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectives.

• Support monthly uploading and extract of the data from Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

• Support with ad hoc requests .

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field

• Strong proficiency in Power Bi (incl. DAX and Power Query) .

• Proven experience in data visualization and dashboard development - minimum of two years in a similar role.

• Excellent analytical and problem -solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to translate complex data concepts into easy -to-understand visualizations and narratives.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• A proactive and self -motivated approach to learning new technologies and methodologies in the field of data visualization.

• Nice to Have - Power Automate or Dataverse skills
