What you'll be doing

  • Preparing a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, drip coffee, and specialty drinks, to the highest quality standards
  • Providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment and tools are well-maintained
  • Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
  • Collaborating with the team to identify and implement ways to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and the ability to create a wide range of coffee-based drinks
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a friendly and engaging experience for guests
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
