JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Track actual performance against targets and recommend corrective actions.

2. Cost Control & Optimization

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency measures.
  • Monitor spending to ensure alignment with approved budgets.

3. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.

4. Performance Monitoring

  • Develop and track KPIs to measure business performance.
  • Provide management with timely and accurate financial insights.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business control reports.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and reviews.

6. Process Improvement

  • Review existing workflows and recommend process enhancements.
  • Support automation initiatives for reporting and monitoring.

7. Stakeholder Support

  • Collaborate with management and department heads to align business strategies with financial goals.
  • Assist in strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably Female
  • 35 to 40 years old
  • Graduate of Accounting or Finance
  • Experience in FMCG an advantage
  • At least 5 years experience handling costing
