TLE/Coding & Robotics Teacher

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Mathematics, or a closely related STEAM field.
• Licensure: Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Teaching License or willingness to pursue one.
• Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated basic proficiency or strong aptitude for learning programming languages and technical concepts. Prior formal coding experience is preferred but not required, given the training will be provided.
• Proven ability to create an engaging, active, and hands-on learning environment for adolescents (Ages
• Strong organizational skills to manage complex, multi-week student projects, material inventory, and technical schedules.
• Excellent skills in maintaining an orderly, collaborative, and safe lab/classroom environment.
• A demonstrable enthusiasm and willingness to learn new technical content rapidly and apply it immediately in the classroom.
• Hungry for knowledge and eager to experience new ideas/relationships.
• Creates capacity by working smartly to learn and build new skills.
