Position: Data Analytics

Schedule: Day Shift

Work Set-up: Hybrid in Mandaluyong (3x Onsite & 2x WFH)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support business decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Technology.

This role focuses on data extraction, transformation, analysis, and reporting from multiple business systems, turning raw data into clear, actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, maintain dashboards, improve data quality, and help the business track performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze data from multiple systems (CRM, ERP, e-commerce, marketing platforms)
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
  • Track key business metrics and performance indicators
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations

Data Management & Quality

  • Validate data accuracy and consistency across systems
  • Identify and report data gaps or inconsistencies
  • Work with system owners to improve data structure and data capture
  • Support data cleaning and standardization effort

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Gather reporting and analysis requirements from stakeholders
  • Support Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Leadership with ad-hoc analysis
  • Present insights in a clear, non-technical manner
  • Assist teams in understanding and using data effectively

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Improve reporting workflows and reduce manual reporting effort
  • Help document metrics definitions and reporting logic
  • Contribute to building a scalable reporting and analytics framework
  • Support automation initiatives related to data and reporting

Qualification

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, IT, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
  • Experience working with business data across multiple systems

Technical Skills

  • Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data
  • Experience with BI and reporting tools (Databox, Power BI or similar)
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Experience working with APIs or data connectors is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or e-commerce data structures is an advantage

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to explain insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
