Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer / General Manager/ President

Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Manager – Head of Construction Division will lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of all sales and marketing initiatives for BF Corporation's construction projects. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring alignment between sales strategies and construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to the construction industry.
  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, setting clear KPIs and performance goals.
  • Candidates must have experience managing sales and marketing teams of at least 4-6 people within construction-related roles.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to align client expectations with project deliverables.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, proposals, and presentations for bids and tenders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure brand consistency and uphold the company's reputation in all external communications.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong network within the construction and real estate sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing platforms.
