About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Xero Implementation & System Administrator to manage the setup, customization, and administration of Xero for both our internal team and clients. This role is essential in ensuring smooth system adoption, accurate data management, and efficient financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Xero, including data migration for internal operations and client accounts.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Xero based on business and client requirements.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to both internal staff and external clients.
  • Integrate Xero with third-party applications and business tools.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with accounting/finance teams and clients to improve workflows and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Xero implementation and administration.
  • Strong understanding of accounting/finance operations.
  • Xero Advisor Certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing training and support.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
