Head Butler

Job Summary: We seek a responsible, proactive, and experienced Head Butler to oversee the daily operations and management of the villa, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and discreet service experience for the employer.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in high-end private villas, luxury residences, or 5-star hotel guest services/butler departments.

Exceptional organizational, leadership, and staff management skills, with the ability to train and supervise other service staff.

Proficiency in household maintenance procedures, guest service standards, and reception etiquette.

Capable of handling emergencies and resolving issues with excellent problem-solving skills.

Basic inventory management skills (for household supplies, cleaning materials, etc.).

Schedule: Required to be on-call 24/7, with 1 scheduled day off per week.

Salary: Competitive market rate (negotiable), reflecting the on-call nature of the role.

Contract: No long-term binding contract.

Insurance: Option to purchase local health insurance with full reimbursement.
