Who is the perfect candidate ?

Graduate of any Engineering courses

With at least 2 years experience in manufacturing company set-up

Basic analytical skills (KPIs measurement & analysis)

Basic knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint

Good English Communication skills both oral and written

This is a full time position on-site role for a Hardcoat In-charge at Essilor Manufacturing Philippines Inc., located in Mariveles, Bataan. The Hardcoat In-charge will be responsible to monitor & controls shift KPIs: Quality of products, labor & machine productivity, material consumption, general expenses, flow & HSE. Ensures that all PCPs and SOPs are implemented during production. Undertakes a proactive analysis, of daily shift result in control of process parameters and other production related activities.
