Cashier/Teller

The Hospital Cashier is responsible for all cash and check payments made to the hospital, including those received in person and via mail, and for posting them to the patient accounts receivable. The cashier is also responsible for preparing the daily bank deposit and the security of patients valuables.

1. Maintain control of cash and check receipts.

2. Prepares bank deposit for the entire hospital.

3. Balance out cash received against receipts

4. Controls Petty Cash receipt and deposits.

5. Post patient payment.

6. Ensure proper posting of all receipts to the appropriate accounts.

7. Receives payments at the cashier's office and responds to patient concerns

8. Relating to balances and billing questions for the Accounts Receivable.

9. Encoding of Daily Sales Entry during the night per OR

10. Substitute as Billing Staff once we have a THOC/ DAMA/Expired or Emergency case from a patient during the night shift.

11. Monitoring of OR from Doctors as a daily routine, together with the voucher when they get their Professional Fees.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Cashier/Teller: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
