About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP RE-FX Consultant (Band 3+) to design, implement, and support Flexible Real Estate Management solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to map complex real-estate and leasing processes into SAP RE-FX while ensuring compliance with IFRS 16 and other relevant accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize SAP RE-FX functionalities for leasing, contract management, and real-estate processes.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, system design, and process optimization.
  • Integrate RE-FX with FICO, MM, PM, and other relevant modules.
  • Perform functional testing, documentation, training, and go-live support.
  • Provide post-implementation support and contribute to solution enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX (Band 3+ level).
  • Strong understanding of lease accounting and real-estate management processes.
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation or support projects.
  • Excellent client communication and problem-solving skills.
