About the role

Bayanilife Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Licensed Pharmacist to join our team in Pangasinan, Ilocos Region. As a Licensed Pharmacist, you will be responsible for the safe and effective dispensing of medications, providing expert pharmaceutical advice to patients, and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy. What you'll be doing

1. Dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently
2. Providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including patient education and medication management
3. Monitoring patient health, identifying potential drug interactions, and recommending appropriate interventions
4. Maintaining accurate records and inventory of pharmaceutical supplies
5. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
6. Adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards
7. Participating in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

What we're looking for

1. A valid license to practice as a Pharmacist in the Philippines
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Licensed Pharmacist in a healthcare setting
3. Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and medication management
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients and healthcare providers
5. Proficient in using pharmacy management software and other relevant technology
6. Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centred care
7. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
