About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Allianz PNB Life, Inc' as a Financial Advisor. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning services to clients in the Butuan City Agusan del Norte area. This is a part-time role, offering the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and maintain a portfolio of individual and corporate clients
  2. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to understand clients' financial goals, risk profiles and investment preferences
  3. Recommend and implement tailored financial solutions, including insurance, investment and retirement planning
  4. Build long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support
  5. Stay up-to-date with financial products, regulations and industry trends to ensure clients receive the most relevant advice
  6. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of financial services
  7. Contribute to the growth and development of the financial planning business

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in financial planning or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience
  2. Strong understanding of financial products, including insurance, investments, and retirement planning
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
  4. Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals
  5. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Relevant financial qualifications, such as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation, would be an advantage
