Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Perform reconciliations (bank, supplier, customer, intercompany, etc.).
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely payments and collections.
- Manage fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
2. Financial Management
- Assist in preparing and monitoring annual budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making.
- Support cost control initiatives and financial performance tracking.
- Assist with financial planning, cash flow management, and investment analysis.
3. Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and file all statutory taxes (Corporate Income Tax, VAT/GST, Withholding Tax, Payroll Tax, etc.) in compliance with local regulations.
- Liaise with tax authorities and external consultants for audits or inquiries.
- Maintain proper documentation for tax filings and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and financial regulations.
4. Internal Controls & Process Improvement
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company and legal standards.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, and/or tax roles.
- Certifications (preferred): CPA / ACCA / CMA / Chartered Accountant or equivalent.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero).
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Familiarity with local tax laws and financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
