Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and recommend enhancements to existing RCY and RC143 programs, activities and strategies
  • Create and develop new strategies with a focus on sustainability
  • Ensure all programs and activities meet the needs of audiences nationally
  • Monitor the progress and success of strategies, programs and activities aimed at RCY and RC143
  • Evaluate & recommend improvements
  • Deliver reporting regarding RCY and RC143

Work Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 years experience in training or facilitation
  • Experience with PRC as a staff member or volunteer preferred (or similar humanitarian
  • organization)
  • Understanding of RCY programs and goals preferred
  • Project management or coordination experience and advantage
  • Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Equipment Used: Computer, Landline Phone, Mobile Phone, standard office equipment

Working Environment: Office and Field Based
