About the role

Cebu New Wave Recruitment Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team in our Naic Cavite office. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and providing prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggesting improvements to processes
  5. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  6. Participating in ongoing training and development to continually improve your skills

What we're looking for

  1. A high school diploma or equivalent
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  6. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred, but not required
