Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM / TM Specialist to support and enhance end-to-end warehouse and transportation execution processes. This role will focus on warehouse operations testing, transportation planning, system enhancements, and integration with logistics technologies such as ASRS and RF devices.

Key Responsibilities Warehouse Management (EWM)

  • Support end-to-end warehouse execution processes, including inbound, outbound, and internal movements.
  • Test and validate warehouse processes such as put-away, picking, packing, staging, and internal stock movements.
  • Support warehouse configuration and process optimization to improve efficiency and system performance.
  • Provide functional support for ASRS integration, including handheld devices and RF scanners.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve EWM-related incidents affecting warehouse operations.

Transportation Management (TM)

  • Support transportation planning, shipment creation, and execution monitoring.
  • Manage freight cost calculation, route optimization, and shipment settlement support.
  • Assist in integration between TM, EWM, and third-party logistics providers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with MM and SD teams to ensure seamless stock transfers, deliveries, and goods movements.
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and performance tuning related to warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Participate in rollout and deployment activities for new warehouses or logistics processes.

Expected Deliverables

  • Configuration and functional design documentation
  • Process validation artifacts and test execution records
  • Interface and integration documentation (EWM–TM, EWM–MM, EWM–SD, ASRS)
  • Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) and handbooks for warehouse and logistics users
  • Training materials and knowledge transfer documentation

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM and/or SAP TM
  • Experience supporting warehouse and transportation execution processes
  • Exposure to SAP project implementations or rollouts (at least one preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with functional configuration and testing
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics business processes
  • Experience supporting RF devices, handheld scanners, or ASRS integration
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM or TM
  • Exposure to 3PL or carrier integration
  • Knowledge of performance optimization for high-volume warehouse environments
  • Experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries

  • Ortigas- 36/F Joy Nostalg Center, 17 ADB Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City
  • Compressed work schedule: 8am-6pm (Mon-Fri)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
