Marketing Head

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is typically required while a master's degree in marketing or business administration being an advantage
• Extensive experience in marketing, with a proven track record in progressively responsible roles. At least 5-10 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership position.
• With strong strategic thinking, leadership skills, communication skills, and budget management
• With digital marketing expertise, market knowledge, and strong innovativeness.

Job Description:

• Shall develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Shall lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the team's success.
• Shall oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.
• Shall conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies.
• Shall develop and execute product marketing plans to drive sales and market share.
• Shall oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Shall plan and manage advertising campaigns, promotions, and public relations efforts.
• Shall create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Shall monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Shall collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Operations, to ensure marketing initiatives align with the overall company strategy.
• Shall implement strategies to engage and retain customers, including loyalty programs and customer feedback mechanisms.
• Shall identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the business reach and influence.
• Shall perform justifiable duties and other functions that may be assigned by the management.
