Customer Service Representative

Account Types: Billing | Banking | Financing | Mortgage | Collections

What You'll Do:
  • Build meaningful connections with clients and help them find the best solutions for their needs.
  • Assist clients in navigating the mortgage process—answering questions, collecting documents, and verifying information.
  • Provide expert guidance on home buying and refinancing.
  • Handle inquiries from company-generated leads.
  • Meet and exceed performance goals with confidence and support.

Qualifications:

  • Confident, engaging speaker and storyteller
