Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Brewer located in Carmona. The Lead Brewer will be responsible for overseeing brewing operations, managing brewing schedules, ensuring quality control, and leading a team of brewers. This includes lots of time on the brew deck The Lead Brewer will also be responsible for developing new beer recipes and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards in the brewery.

Qualifications

• Experience in brewing operations, quality control, and brewing schedules
• Ability to lead and manage a team of brewers
• Skills in developing new beer recipes and ensuring product consistency
• Familiarity with safety and cleanliness standards in a brewing environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Brewing Science, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred.
