The Golf Marshal, also known as a Player Assistant, is responsible for ensuring a smooth, safe, and enjoyable pace of play for all golfers on the course. This role serves as a friendly presence, offering assistance, monitoring pace, and enforcing course policies with tact and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• with or without experience
• Thorough knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and course management principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact politely and firmly with diverse individuals.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a golf cart safely.
• Physical ability to walk/stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• [Optional: First Aid/CPR certification a plus.]

Working Conditions:

• Primarily outdoors on the golf course, exposed to varying weather conditions (sun, heat, rain, cold).
• Requires frequent walking, standing, and driving a golf cart.
• May involve occasional lifting of light to moderate weights (e.g., golf bags).
• Requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings as required by course operating hours.

Pay: Php14, Php17,000.00 per month
