About the role

Corporate Visions Inc' is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility of not requiring an onsite presence, Versant or Blitz tests. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone-based interactions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  3. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of the company's products and services
  4. Actively listen to customer concerns and provide tailored solutions
  5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and empathetic manner
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer needs
  3. Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  4. Familiarity with customer service best practices and a commitment to providing exceptional service
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  6. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
