He/ she will be responsible in cashiering functions which includes OR/AR issuance, posting of payments in SAP. He/ she is also responsible in performing bank deposits, and coordination, communication to locators and to his/her immediate superior.

The Credit and Collection Assistant shall handle the cashiering functions of LLAI I, II & III related to association dues, water, sewer, and other similar dues. He/ she shall handle the following:

  1. Responsible in OR/AR issuance.

  2. Timely deposit of cash & cheque collections.

  3. Ensures timely and accurate posting of cash and non- cash receipts in SAP and are following company and accounting policies and procedures.

  4. Responsible in validating the payments credit from bank (cashless/direct deposit).

  5. Ensures the consistent compliance to Customer Service Standards in serving and performing cashiering duties to the customer.

  6. Consistent execution of internal controls on cash transactions.

  7. Check the actual issued OR and deposit slip versus on the summary collections from the site.

  8. Routinely visit the other sites.

  9. He/ she will be served as back up with collection officer and other task that may be assign from time to time.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least one to two years in the areas of Accounts Receivables and credit and collection with cashiering functions.

Education: College Graduate, Accounting or Finance graduate

Competencies / Skills: Can work with deadline, results oriented, basic accounting skills and with SAP experience

Others: Must be willing to work in Cabuyao, Laguna and do site visits. Will be trained in Makati office for a month

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: From Php21,000.00 per month
