  1. Incoming & Outgoing Goods Verification

  2. Check and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders, delivery receipts, and packing lists.

  3. Inspect the quantity, quality, and condition of received items.
  4. Ensure outgoing items match the pick list, sales order, or dispatch documents.

  5. Report any discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items immediately.

  6. Inventory Accuracy

  7. Conduct daily physical counts of stocks to ensure accuracy of warehouse inventory.

  8. Update stock cards, logbooks, or digital inventory systems.

  9. Assist in monthly and quarterly physical stocktaking activities.

  10. Documentation & Reporting

  11. Prepare receiving reports (RR), discrepancy reports (DR), and other required documents.

  12. Properly record item codes, batch numbers, expiry dates (if applicable), and quantities.

  13. Ensure all documents are complete and submitted to the warehouse supervisor/manager.

  14. Warehouse Organization

  15. Ensure items are properly labeled, arranged, and stored in designated locations.

  16. Follow warehouse layout, FIFO/FEFO, or other stock rotation systems.

  17. Assist in maintaining orderliness, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse.

  18. Coordination

  19. Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, drivers, and production teams for delivery and dispatch schedules.

  20. Communicate issues or delays in receiving or releasing items.

  21. Assist in guiding helpers during loading and unloading activities.

  22. Safety & Compliance

  23. Follow warehouse safety protocols including PPE usage, proper handling, and equipment guidelines.

  24. Report unsafe conditions, damaged racks, or risky practices.

  25. Help ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse SOPs.

  26. Support Tasks

  27. Assist in scanning, tagging, or barcoding of items (if applicable).

  28. Help monitor warehouse supplies such as pallets, straps, and packaging materials.
  29. Perform other related duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
