Our US Partner is a luxury bridal fashion brand renowned for its elegant, romantic designs that blend timeless sophistication with a modern twist. Specializing in customizable wedding gowns, the collection features distinctive elements such as detachable necklines, intricate beading, and innovative corsetry for a flawless fit.

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Fashion Designer with a deep passion for wedding dresses and evening wear. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of professional experience designing within a fashion company and possess a refined understanding of couture-inspired aesthetics and modern bridal trends.

This is a full-time role, on a Morning Shift and on an Onsite (Cebu-based) set-up, with compensation based on qualifications and experience, plus performance-based incentives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate closely with the founder and US team throughout the entire design and production process

  • Translate the founders sketches and vision into fully realized garments and detailed technical packs

  • Create original designs and hand/digital sketches aligned with the KF brand aesthetic

  • Oversee the development of samples, working closely with pattern makers to ensure fit, proportion, and construction align with the design vision

  • Attend technical fittings and provide feedback to achieve the desired outcome

  • Research fabric, embellishments, and fashion trends relevant to bridal and evening wear

  • Maintain accurate documentation of designs, materials, and revisions

  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including production, merchandising, and technical design

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5+ years of fashion design experience, specifically in bridal and/or evening wear

  • Strong technical design skills, including pattern knowledge, garment construction, and fabric behavior

  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO 3D (or any similar)

  • Ability to create and complete detailed tech packs for development

  • Exceptional sketching ability both by hand and digitally

  • Proven experience working with pattern makers and sample development

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment with a high attention to detail
