IT Specialist

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.
• Ensure data security, backup, and recovery processes are in place and properly implemented.
• Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), internet connectivity, and system performance.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and access rights.
• Assist in upgrading, implementing, and documenting IT procedures, systems, and policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems, MS Office, and other productivity tools.
• Knowledge of data security and backup solutions.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
