Location: San Pascual, Batangas

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Ensuring security and safety of the whole facility specially if trucks are parked at night

2. Addressing small maintenance issues such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, patching minor roof, wall or floor damage and unclogging drains.

3. Maintaining landscaping by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, weeding and planting (depending on what is needed or instructed)

4. Cleaning and maintaining the whole garage like performing routine cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, cleaning windows, proper waste disposal.

5. Checking doors, gate and windows for proper closure, monitoring security system and reporting suspicious activities.

6. Keeping track of cleaning supplies and light bulbs and ordering replacements as needed.

7. Maintaining logs of maintenance activities, repairs, incidents, visitors, entry and exit of trucks.

QUALIFICATION:

  • High School Graduate

  • 1 year work experience

  • Must be hardworking and reliable, and know how to manage time effectively.

  • Must be willing to work beyond office hours.

  • Must be honest and trustworthy.

  • Must be physically fit.

  • Can work with minimal supervision.

  • Must know how to communicate and establish good relationship with different types of people.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday
