We're Hiring: US General Ledger Accountant - Start ASAP

Are you a detail‑oriented, solutions‑driven professional with a passion for accurate financials and seamless month‑end close? We're looking for an Accountant who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering high-quality work that supports key business decisions

  • Location: St. Francis Square, Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines
  • Work Mode: Work From Office for 3 months; Transition to Hybrid set-up based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Journal Entries -Prepare and post daily, monthly, and adjusting journal entries with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reconciliation -Perform monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and bank accounts.
  • Financial Reporting -Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Month-End Close -Lead and execute month-end close tasks to ensure a timely and accurate close process.
  • Analysis -Analyze financial data, investigate variances, and prepare detailed flux analysis.
  • Compliance -Ensure full adherence to GAAP and established internal controls.
  • Audits -Support both internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules, documentation, and reconciliations as needed.

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
