Talent Acquisition Recruiter

The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for the effective implementation of the recruitment process including screening and assessment, ensuring the timely delivery of manpower requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform initial screening of applicants for trade positions from agency partners including scheduling qualified candidates, interviewing, and endorsement to requisitioning departments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Provide support to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
• Align job vacancies and applicants to agency partners.
• Ensure requirements and service agreements are complete prior deployment.
• Facilitate completion of pre-employment requirements of qualified candidates and records and organizes new employee information for 201 filing
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports on all recruitment activities.
• Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment events and other sourcing initiatives.
• Represent the company at Job Fairs, Campus Recruitment, or any sourcing activities.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of the need
• Ensure that initial tools for the new hires are provided such as their Identification Cards, Orientation Schedule, and tools of work.
• Process applicants for on-the-job training or internship.
• Perform other special projects as assigned.
