  2. Prepares and place, stocks, soups, sauces, condiments, and assists in cooking à la carte dishes.
  3. Ensures food quality, taste, presentation, and proper labeling of ingredients.
  4. Maintains cleanliness, follows sanitation/food safety laws, and applies FIFO & clean-as-you-go practices.
  5. Monitors storage, expiry dates, inventory, and works positively with kitchen staff.
