Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Machine Operator, located on-site in Calaca. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring equipment, maintaining production, and ensuring quality control. Daily tasks include using hand tools to make minor adjustments, troubleshooting machinery, and collaborating with team members for efficient workflow.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Machine Operation and handling Hand Tools
  • Strong skills in Quality Control and Machinery maintenance
  • Excellent Communication skills for team collaboration and problem-solving
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is beneficial
