Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented EAM Administrator to manage both master data and business software administration for our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system and related manufacturing applications. This dual-function role ensures data integrity, system reliability, and user enablement across our operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, technical proficiency, and a collaborative mindset to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Master Data Administration

  • Assess and monitor data integrity, completeness, and adherence to established standards within the EAM system.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain master data management tools, policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance principles and industry best practices.
  • Execute data cleansing initiatives to improve accuracy and usability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high data quality and consistency.
  • Advise leadership on data quality improvements to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support additional manufacturing application tasks to ensure a full-time workload.

Business Software Administration

  • Assist with the administration and maintenance of the EAM application and other manufacturing systems.
  • Modify training materials and conduct user training sessions.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide user support.
  • Develop and enhance reporting capabilities to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with business and IT partners on system enhancements, product issues, and outages.
  • Oversee paperless workflows and mobile device utilization.
  • Configure software to automate workflows and streamline user tasks.
  • Support additional responsibilities as needed to maintain a full-time workload.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a data management or system administration role.
  • Experience with CMMS and/or EAM/ERP (e.g., M3) systems preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and master data lifecycle management.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and prioritize tasks effectively.
