Modular Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, coordinate, budget, or perform activities concerned with the putting up or repair of a building or facility
• Allocate resources (people, money, and technology) in order to deliver project output
• Coordinate and monitor project implementation
• Analyze the relative cost and benefits of potential actions and choose most appropriate one
• Determine steps to get the work done, prioritizing activities, securing resources, and monitoring progress until project completion
• Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options, and implement solutions and assess its effectiveness
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify their needs and recommend business solutions in the pursuit of customer satisfaction
• Implement project closures and handovers

Requirements:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• With at least 1 year of experience in Modular Construction
• Expertise in software like CAD and MS Office
• Willing to do travel within or outside NCR when necessary
• Willing to work in Sta. Maria, Bulacan and report full time on-site
