The Factory Worker is responsible for assisting in the production and packaging of cosmetic products while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards. The role involves operating machines, handling raw materials, monitoring processes, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment and machines used in the manufacturing of cosmetics.
  • Assist in mixing, filling, labeling, and packaging cosmetic products.
  • Ensure raw materials and ingredients are properly measured, handled, and stored.
  • Conduct visual quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.
  • Report any machine malfunctions, product defects, or safety hazards to supervisors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the production area.
  • Assist in loading/unloading materials and finished goods when necessary.
  • Support inventory control by monitoring material usage and minimizing waste.
  • Comply with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and production schedules.
