Design Engineer for Land Development

OVERVIEW

  • To provide technical due diligence for upcoming projects;
  • To ensure all Design Engineering Plans related to Housing, Land Development and other Structures needed for a project are compliant to the requirements of Batasang Pambansa (BP) 220 and Presidential Decree (PD) 957, National Building Code, and Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) Standards;
  • To implement detailed engineering and land development cost until project completion;
  • To ensure that the awarded contractors are aware of the design parameters and construction considerations;
  • To evaluate construction costing by conducting in-house estimate; and
  • To conduct inspections to ensure quality output of contractors.
  • Conduct technical feasibility study/ raw land analysis considering the following aspects of the property:
  • Create the following plans to comply with the requirements for permits processing: Development Plan, Environmental Compliance Plan, Verified Survey Returns (VSR), Building Permit Plan
  • Conduct site inspections in prospect sites to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Conduct meetings with awarded contractors to finalize deliverables, and timelines.
  • Conduct site inspections in existing projects to ensure quality assurance and quality control.
  • Recommend measures to address the identified quality issues on site.
  • Discuss project activities, issues, and recommended solutions to the concerned departments/individuals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • With at least 3 years of experience in handling Real Estate projects specifically in construction, and engineering
  • Should be a Licensed Civil Engineer
