o Configuring local and domain security policies

o Managing rights via and GPOs


• Patch Management and Hardening

o Applying security updates and service packs

o Disabling unnecessary services and enforcing secure configurations


• Event Log Monitoring

o Using Event Viewer to audit logon events, replication issues, and policy changes
