Job Responsibilities:

In this role, the primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Marketing Management

Campaign Execution:

  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, push notification, and traditional marketing.

Content Creation:

  • Contribute to the creation of compelling content, such as blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials. Help maintain content calendars and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Analyze marketing metrics and performance data to gain insights and optimize future campaigns.

Digital Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the management of digital marketing activities, including website updates, search engine optimization advertising. Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers to build brand loyalty and community.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Compile and analyze marketing data to track campaign effectiveness, Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable recommendations.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business goals and priorities. Communicate marketing plans, updates, and results effectively across the organization, fostering a culture of transparency and teamwork.

CRM Management

  • Oversee CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), ensuring effective use and data accuracy.
  • Design and execute personalized CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, loyalty programs).
  • Manage customer data segmentation and lifecycle journey mapping.
  • Analyze CRM data to track key metrics such as CLV, retention, churn rate, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Sales teams to align strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (Data Privacy Act, GDPR, etc.).
  • Lead and develop a team of CRM specialists to deliver high-impact initiatives.

Other tasks may be assigned by the management from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partnerships and campaigns.
  • Proven track record of successful partnership development and execution.
  • Experience in B2B and affiliate marketing is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and use them to inform marketing strategies.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
