Dental Scribe

We're looking for detail-oriented professionals with experience in dental scribing to document live consultations, manage charts, and ensure accurate clinical records. If you're familiar with dental workflows and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment—this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Document dental consultations and procedures in real time during live appointments
• Prepare and review patient charts before and after each session
• Capture accurate dental histories, exam findings, and treatment plans using provider-specific formats (e.g., SOAP notes)
• Clarify unclear details to ensure complete documentation
• Support follow-up tasks such as sending orders and managing provider-patient communications
• Verify prescriptions and assist with prior authorizations
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

What You Bring

• At least 6 months of experience as a dental scribe for US-based providers
• Graduate of a 4-year allied medical course (Dental Assistant or RN is a plus)
• Typing speed of 60+ WPM with high accuracy
• Strong command of dental terminology and documentation standards
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and dental software
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Ability to adapt to dynamic clinical workflows
