The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Xactimate & Floorplan Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Xactimate and able to create comprehensive cost estimates and professional floorplans that align with industry standards. This role is critical in helping businesses deliver accurate bids, streamline claims, and manage projects effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare precise cost estimates for construction, remodeling, or restoration projects using Xactimate.
• Develop and edit floor plans and sketches directly within Xactimate.
• Review specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure estimates are accurate and complete.
• Incorporate updated regional pricing and historical data into estimates.
• Collaborate with contractors, adjusters, and project managers to clarify scope and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of bids, awarded contracts, and revisions.
• Ensure all estimates and floorplans meet industry and client standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Xactimate software (required).
• Experience creating and interpreting floorplans within Xactimate.
• Background in construction, restoration, or related field.
