Job Title: Mainframe Developer

Location: BGC, Taguig City (100% onsite)

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: May include night and/or weekend shifts as needed

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Mainframe Developer with strong expertise in TSO, COBOL, JCL, DB2, and SQL. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and supporting mainframe components based on project documentation and business requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with system analysts and project teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design system and component-level solutions using provided analysis and design documents

  • Develop new components or enhance existing ones based on design specifications

  • Create technical artifacts and documentation

  • Conduct unit testing and support quality assurance activities

  • Execute deployment and post-implementation support tasks

  • Maintain change tickets and package documentation

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in TSO, COBOL, JCL, DB2, and SQL

  • Strong understanding of mainframe development lifecycle

  • Ability to work independently and follow structured project plans

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with UNIX (nice to have)

  • Willingness to work night/weekend shifts as needed

  • Must be able to report onsite full-time at BGC, Taguig City
