The role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dialysis Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at WRN Health Incorporated. In this full-time role based in Davao City, Davao del Sur, you will play a pivotal part in driving the sales of our leading dialysis products and services to healthcare providers in the local market.

Key responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and dialysis centers.
  2. Effectively promote and sell our comprehensive range of dialysis equipment, consumables, and related services.
  3. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic account management and new business development.
  4. Provide high-quality product demonstrations and training to customers.
  5. Gather valuable market intelligence and customer feedback to inform our product development and marketing strategies.
  6. Collaborate closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to support the company's growth objectives.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of proven success in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, preferably within the dialysis industry
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals
  3. Thorough understanding of the local dialysis market and the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
  4. Strong technical aptitude to effectively demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our products
  5. Degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, medicine, or a related discipline
  6. Bachelor's degree is required as the minimum education level
  7. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
