We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our company. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in financial operations while contributing to the company's success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and managing day-to-day accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process invoices for clients
  • Manage accounts receivable and collection processes
  • Handle payroll processing and government contributions
  • Compute monthly VAT and other tax requirements
  • Generate monthly financial reports
  • Maintain accurate financial records using both manual and computerized systems
  • Collaborate with external accountant to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Participate in month-end closing procedures
  • Help improve financial processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
