Job Summary: The Family/Executive Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services to the employer and family members or company executives. This includes maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition, adhering to traffic regulations, and ensuring punctuality and discretion at all times.

Key Responsibilities: Driving & Transportation

  • Safely drive the employer, family members, or executives to and from destinations such as work, school, meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals and avoid traffic delays.
  • Provide door-to-door service, assisting with luggage, parcels, and other items as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the employer's personal and professional matters.

Vehicle Maintenance

  • Conduct routine checks on vehicle condition (oil, water, tire pressure, lights, brakes, etc.).
  • Schedule and oversee regular servicing, cleaning, and repairs.
  • Keep detailed records of fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance.
  • Ensure vehicle registration, insurance, and documentation are up to date.

Safety & Conduct

  • Comply with all traffic laws and regulations at all times.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behavior.
  • Drive defensively and prioritize the safety of passengers.
  • Keep a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.

Administrative & Other Duties

  • Run errands as requested (e.g., picking up packages, groceries, or dry cleaning).
  • Coordinate with household staff, security personnel, or office assistants when needed.
  • Maintain communication with the employer or executive assistant for scheduling and trip updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a family or executive driver (usually 3–5 years).
  • Excellent knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and alternate routes.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading items if necessary.
