  • Responsible for all receiving, storing, handling and releasing activities of inventory goods under his/her charge.
  • Possesses effective working familiarity with stock codes, part numbers of inventory items under his/her charge.
  • Ensures that all inventory movement into/out of warehouse are adequately supported by approved transaction documents, e.g. MRIS, TOS, RR, transfer slips, etc.; Signs-off on the documents whenever required; Transmits the documents within 24-hrs. to the MAS 500 encoder for recording purposes.
  • Keeps all storage racks / cages/ bins clean, undamaged, properly-labeled and easily accessible.
  • Keeps warehouse under his/her charge clean, uncluttered, secure and always manned.
  • Ensures that warehouse stock cards are updated accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Guides and oversees the Warehouse Helper in warehouse operations activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • minimum highschool graduate
  • Preferably with related work experience in warehousing function, particularly in a retail distribution environment
  • Physically fit; Good health and good eyesight
  • Can work under tight time pressure and with minimum supervision
  • Willing to work in Guiguinto, Bulacan
