Qualifications

  1. Experience in automotive sales coordination, dealership operations, or customer service is preferred.
  2. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is an advantage.
  5. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment.
  6. Needs own motorcycle and a valid driver's license.

Job Description

  • Act as the primary contact for dealers regarding sales, inventory, and operational support.
  • Coordinate vehicle allocations, order processing, and delivery schedules.
  • Assist dealers with sales programs, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor dealer sales performance, prepare reports, and provide feedback to management.
  • Ensure dealers comply with company policies, pricing strategies, and brand guidelines.
  • Support dealer training and onboarding related to new models, systems, or processes.
  • Gather market intelligence and dealer feedback to help improve products and services.
  • Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless dealer operations.
