  • Engage loan officers and prospects with professional, natural, and persuasive conversations
  • Drive high-quality B2B outreach through cold calling, warm transfers, and appointment setting
  • Build and maintain relationships across diverse backgrounds and industries
  • Support lead mining and pipeline development to drive growth

Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent
  • Conversational and engaging style (not scripted or robotic)
  • 1–2 years of B2B cold calling, sales, appointment setting, or business development experience
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
  • Background in mortgage, real estate, or financial services is an advantage
  • Proven ability to manage relationships and deliver results
