  • At least college level or a graduate of any business-related course.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in supply chain or logistics specifically on warehousing and distribution.
  • Performs activities engaged in receiving, handling, storing, and releasing of consumable items at central warehouse and satellite warehouse.
  • Performs segregation and classification of consumable materials upon receiving of deliveries from suppliers.
  • Conducts physical count of all consumable materials in central and/or in satellite warehouses.
  • Analyzes warehouse monthly inventory results.
  • Ensures that all delivery trucks are in good condition before and after use.
  • Monitors the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) or First-to-Expire-First-Out (FEFO) in items with expiry period.
  • Checks the order picking accuracy and timeliness. Reports to immediate superior anyone who deviates from agreed standards.
  • Coordinates with QS, Purchasing and Accounting Staff in updating the status of Rejected/Damaged stocks waiting for disposal and stocks for return to suppliers.
  • Supports and observe implementation of Good Warehousing Practices and 5S.
