About the role
We are seeking a customer service professional to join our dynamic team at ALL ASIA MANPOWER SERVICES, INC.'. As a full-time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our valued customers from our centrally located office in Kapitolyo Pasig City Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to address customer concerns
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and escalating issues as needed
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
- Familiarity with customer service best practices and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to navigate various software applications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or service industry setting
